We are looking for someone with a very flexible schedule who can support our Care Coordinator team with holiday and sickness cover.
Our Care Coordinators are responsible for taking calls from clients and carers, scheduling care visits and checking daily records through our online Care Management System.
This role is permanent, supporting the Care Coordinators team with holiday cover and sickness.We will give you two weeks' notice of mandatory shifts, and you'll have the option to pick up extras with less than 2 weeks notice if you want to top up your hours.
Your first week will be spent training in the office full-time, hours to be confirmed.
Because you may be required to work on any day of the week, it would not be possible to perform this role if you have other employment.
What does the role involve?
Dealing with incoming calls from carers and clients.
- Putting together rotas.
- Helping Care Support Workers in the field through busy workdays.
- You will need patience, and the ability to focus on delighting our clients at home.
- Team worker.
- Occasional requirement to cover care calls delivering care to clients.
Hours and salary
There is no minimum number of hours you may be asked to work each week - some weeks we may have no work to cover whereas some weeks you may be full time We estimate that you'll be doing an average of 25 hours per week.
Regardless of how much work you're offered, you'll receive a £100 retainer each week on top of your hourly earnings.
- £11.91 (standard) - £3.61 per hour (evenings and weekends) for hours worked.- £100 each week on top of your salary as a retainer.
- Additional 12.07% of your wages each month to account for holiday entitlement.

- Sunday,
- Maximum 40 hours per week.

Person specification
Essential
- Care experience (adult social care or childcare).
- Driving license
- Positive and enthusiastic for a new opportunity.
Desirable
- Specific Care Admin/Coordinator experience.
