About the role
If you¿re looking for a role where no two days are the same and where you can build on your skills in digital marketing, then we have a great opportunity for you

We¿re looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our communications team, initially on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2024.

A key part of this role will be to create content that engages Thera¿s stakeholders and increases engagement with the organisation¿s vision and values
- that people with a learning disability can be leaders in society.

You will be required to travel regularly as part of the role, to capture content that shows the work Thera does, but also to build and maintain relationships with central teams.

Key accountabilities:

Raise awareness of Thera¿s brand through engaging stakeholders online across a variety of digital marketing channels.
Ensure Thera¿s vision is at the forefront of all digital communication content.
Provide sound advice and guidance to operational and central services colleagues around the use of digital marketing tools and approaches.
Plan and deliver regular campaigns to ensure Thera¿s social media channels are up to date and that they tell the story of Thera and the people it supports.
Work closely with other members of the communications team to create and deliver content across all of Thera¿s digital marketing channels in a consistent way.
