Job:
Contract Manager (Cleaning)

Location:
Hampshire

Salary:
£28,500 - £32,000

  • Excellent Client engagement and commutation skills
  • Ability to manage our onsite cleaning operatives working across multiple sites throughout Hampshire
  • Be Willing to work as part of a team to deliver specification run contracts
  • Conduct onsite Monthly audits
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • UK full/clean driving licence
  • Ensure business is fully compliant with Industry Standards
  • Have knowledge of relevant employment legislation
  • Be compliant with ISO and Company procedures & policies

Key Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to motivate a team
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible

Experience:


  • Experience of managing a team is essential
  • Knowledge of HR policies is beneficial
