Contract Manager (Cleaning)
Location:
Hampshire
Salary:
£28,500 - £32,000
- Excellent Client engagement and commutation skills
- Ability to manage our onsite cleaning operatives working across multiple sites throughout Hampshire
- Be Willing to work as part of a team to deliver specification run contracts
- Conduct onsite Monthly audits
- Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- UK full/clean driving licence
- Ensure business is fully compliant with Industry Standards
- Have knowledge of relevant employment legislation
- Be compliant with ISO and Company procedures & policies
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to motivate a team
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Positive, enthusiastic and flexible
Experience:
- Experience of managing a team is essential
- Knowledge of HR policies is beneficial
