The role


The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is dealing with customer queries and requests relating to our Radius Connect Mobile Product accounts.

If you consider yourself a 'people person' and want to increase your level of knowledge and experience, this may be the role for you We are looking for a driven Customer Service advisor to join our growing Telecoms Team in our brand new Belfast office


Key responsibilities include:


  • Dealing with 1st line faults diagnostics for Hosted, Broadband and WLR product range, using web portals to diagnose faults and raise with Second Line / Service Providers
  • Determine issues by evaluating and analysing information provided by customers
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
  • Use of CRM system to manage customers' requests
  • To log and forward System and IT support calls to relevant departments

Essential Skills:


  • Ability to conduct effective troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and active listening skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure
  • Computer literacy MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • One years' experience working in a busy Customer Service
  • Technical Support environment, supporting multiple clients and technologies
