    Our client are an IT service provider who are expanding their

    current team and now looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer.

    The role:

    · 1+ years experience in a helpdesk or 1st line support background

    · Service management

    · Ticket logging

    · 1st level support

    · Customer engagement

    · Speaking and communicating clearly via telephone to customers
