Description
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a professional services organisation in Wakefield area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Working for an established business and reporting into the payroll manager youwill be responsible for processing a semi high volume payroll as part of a team as part of a team using Microsoft Office and SAGE payroll systems.
This is a 25-hours part-time opportunity working from the office in Wakefield.
You'll be assisting with the monthly payroll and P11D, P60, pension and tax processes.
You'll need to plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved to deadline, achieving optimum economy and the highest-possible accuracy.
To be a successful Payroll Administrator, you'll need:
- Previous experience of Payroll Administration & end-to-end Payroll
- Excellent communicator
- Coordinating the payroll
- High levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
- Reports, checking cross referencing
- Strong legislation knowledge
- Good sense of humour
