London, Liverpool Street 3x per week

£50,000 - £60,000

I'm working with a well known Wellness and Fitness brand who have a brand new Application Support Specialist position waiting for you You'll be managing a small team of application support professionals whilst staying involved in the hands on element of the role you'll bring expert second-line capabilities to the table, covering administration, support, monitoring, and enhancement.

You will be responsible for a range of business applications including but not limited to; ERP, Core Financials, WMS, CRM, integrations solutions, eCom, MFP, MM, and manufacturing solutions. Your goal is straightforward: make sure these applications not only meet but surpass the standards in the industry and business needs. Achieve top-notch performance, capacity, reliability, resilience, security, maintainability, and recoverability.

Experience Requirements:

Experience providing support on business facing applications as listed above.

Experience providing support in a Retail company.

Experience managing, leading or mentoring other support professionals.

MUST have great communication skills.

Proficiency in a ITIL- centric environment.

It would be beneficial if:

Netsuite or Sage 200 ERP systems experience

ITIL certification

Togaf/ CompTIA /AWS /SQL certifications
