    Description

    CK Group are recruiting for a Technologist to join a global materials manufacturing company based near Skelmersdale, on a full time, permanent basis.

    Our client is a global leader in manufacturing glass for architectural, automotive and technical sectors.

    Having recently completed a novel hydrogen firing trial, they are incorporating more green electricity into the process, including implementing innovative carbon capture technologies.

    The company offers a competitive salary depending on experience, as well as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, holiday purchase scheme, flexible working, pension scheme, bonus scheme, free car parking, on-site canteen and on-site activities and events.

    Please note a full UK driving licence and car ownership is required due to the company's location.
    Leading and providing technical support to production issues and projects.
    Science or Engineering degree qualified with minimum 5-7 years work experience.
    Project management experience would be advantageous.
