We are seeking a PMO Analyst to assist the Director, IT Programme Management with the running of the PMO function.

Assisting with cross programme reporting, maintaining portfolio reporting artifacts and assisting with running of Global IT User Groups andProgramme Reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the creation programme/project reporting
Assist with the preparation and running of Global IT / Customer Services User Groups
Assist with the preparation and running of Global IT / Customer Services Programme Reviews
Managing reporting for the Global IT Programme Director across the portfolio, including risks and issues
Support the Director, IT Programme Management and team with delivery of key programmes

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Creating weekly programme reports from information provided by the programme teams
Creating other adhoc reports as required
Collating materials for Global IT / Customer Services User Groups
Providing timely, accurate and standardised reporting across the Global IT Project and Programme portfolio
Any other duties as might be required within the remit and responsibilities of the post
