    Due to continued growth, we have a rare opportunity to join our dynamic team at Thurlow Nunn Distrigo, a leading automotive parts distribution company in Luton.

    We specialise in providing top-quality parts and exceptional service to our valued trade customers.

    As a Trade Parts Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our local B2B business, providing expert advice and ensuring our customers have everything they need to succeed.

    As a Trade Parts Sales Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for our trade customers, assisting them with their parts requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs.


    Your primary responsibilities will include:
    Providing exceptional customer service to our trade customers, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
    Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate parts and accessories.
    Assisting customers in finding the right products, providing detailed product information, and offering suitable alternatives when necessary.
    Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
    Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
    Resolving customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry trends, and competitor offerings.


    Requirements:
    Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a similar B2B sales role is highly desirable.
    Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, particularly in the trade market.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
    Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Proficient computer skills, including experience with sales software and inventory management systems.
