An exciting opportunity has arisen for Administrator/Receptionist to join our friendly team at Erleigh Road Reading. Providing Community Mental Health Team Services to our clients.
You will need to have good organisational and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and experience in a busy office environment to support the booking of appointments, consulting rooms, coordinating the maintenance requirements for our facility.
We are looking for a person who is hard working, flexible and able to prioritise their work, and who wants to be part of a highly motivated and enthusiast team.
The post holder will work as a member of the Specialist Services Administration team and provide an efficient and effective administration/reception service to patients and other visitors.
The post holder will ensure good communications are maintained across the services, being the first point of contact for the services housed in Erleigh Road, liaising with clinical, administrative and other support staff both internal and external to the Trust.
