Macildowie Finance are working with a forward thinking and well established, large business with operations in Coventry to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager on an exclusive basis.

The role will offer hybrid working with c50% of your time spent working from home.

Our client is a fast paced and highly dynamic organisation with a proven record of internal promotions and development planning.

Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for supporting commercial and operational teams with the production of KPI's and your performance commentary, budgets, forecasts and decision support analytics.

Your responsibilities will include;

Act as a true Finance Business Partner - delivering reports in a clear and concise manner, helping non finance stakeholder to interpret financial performance metrics.

Variance analysis - highlighting areas for potential improvement and providing commentary on key drivers.

Take a lead on budgeting, planning and forecasting activity, working closely with the operational and commercial teams to help decipher information and provide your commentary on variance to plan/budgets.

Sales/cost analysis and reporting - highlighting opportunities to improve business performance through efficiency gains.
Continuous improvement of processes and projects in line with wider business initiatives
Preparation and presentation of key performance statistics to senior level operational stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you must be qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
You must have advanced data manipulation/ Excel skills including Pivots, Look Ups and Ifs.
