Description
An established Mechanical Contractor in Loughton, London is seeking a Document Controller/Site Administrator for a project in Birmingham and other projects in the Midlands. They are also opening a Birmingham office.
Main Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the site team and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Assist in preparing handover documentation.
- Manage contracts, meet deadlines, and keep contractors informed.
- Organize appointments and meetings.
- Keep accurate records.
- Support the project team.
Requirements:
- Experience with drawing project portals.
- Previous administrative experience in the M&E industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes like CHAS, SafeContractor, and Constructionline.
- Fluency in English.
- Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.
- Excellent planning and communication abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Salary will be based on experience. Expected start date: 04/03/2024.
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay Types: Yearly bonus
