    The Role

  • Monitoring, reviewing & loading claims bordereaux into Lloyd's DDM and inhouse systems (Bloom)
  • Reviewing data quality and drive improvement
  • Identifying, reporting and resolving any Delegated Authority breaches
  • Assisting in the review of Delegated Authority KPI's and follow up
  • Manipulation and reporting of Claims Delegated Authority data
  • Assisting Claims Delegated Authority Manager with Claims Delegated Authorities function
  • Assist with Conduct Risk related activities
  • Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
  • Understand all appropriate lines of escalation and the responsibilities of the Product Conduct Risk Strategy Group (PCRSG), Underwriting & Claims Sub Committee (UCSC) , ExCo and Board for Conduct Risk.
  • You are required to comply with the PRA and FCA conduct rules
  • What we are looking for

    You to take a proactive approach to the management of delegated claims and look to uphold a quality claims service. To take account of applicable regulatory requirements.

    Key Skills & Experience

  • Good knowledge of DDM and similar bordereaux processing tools
  • Good knowledge of Lloyd's Standard Claims Reporting bordereaux (version 5.2)
  • Knowledge of market strategies
  • All firm specific procedures that relate to own role;
  • Demonstrate growing understanding of the roles of colleagues and their relationships to the structure and business plans of the Firm.
  • Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of policies, underwriting and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internally and externally to the firm.
  • Be aware of the potential risks facing the business within own job role and the controls that are in place to mitigate them; and report all significant changes in these risks, or the effectiveness of controls, to your line manager in a timely manner.

  • 1 year of insurance experience (desirable)
