Description

Diesel Fitter - Peterlee Position Overview

  • Split working between the company workshop and customer sites
  • Dismantle, diagnose and fitting on a range of Diesel Pumps and Engines
  • Undertaking repair work in the company workshop on Pumps, Gearboxes and Engines
  • Visiting customer sites across Peterlee as and when required
  • Attending callouts for breakdowns as per company rota

Diesel Fitter - Peterlee Position Requirements

  • Apprentice trained in mechanical Engineering
  • Previous experience in Diesel Fitting, ideally on Pumps or Engines
  • Confident in your ability to strip repair and fit mechanical components
  • Previous experience as a diesel fitter for the marine sector would be a bonus
  • Based within a commutable distance of Peterlee


  • Full Driving licence

  • Non negotiable

Diesel Fitter - Peterlee Position Remuneration
- £ £13.66 per hour

  • Full time, 39 hour week
  • Monday to Thursday 8:00 16:30 Friday 8:00 15:30
  • Overtime Available
  • 33 Days holiday including public holidays
  • Pension
