    We are searching for our next Senior Analyst / Manager, Enterprise Risk - EMEA in our EMEA headquarter Henley-on-Thames

    In this role you will lead all aspects of the Enterprise Risk Management process and outcomes within EMEA.

    Among your responsibilities could be:

  • Provides communication of risk management activities and outcomes to the Head of Enterprise Risk and relevant Risk Management Committees and governance forums as the need arises
  • Assist first line collaborators in identifying appropriate risk metrics/key risk indicators to supervise adherence to established Risk Appetites
  • Partner with the business to ensure that new or emerging risks are considered run and where required appropriately mitigated for business initiatives, business/regulatory change.
  • Provide challenge, subject matter expertise and support in relation to Capital Adequacy Assessment and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist and advise first line partners in the integration of Enterprise Risk Management practices into business models and operations. Identifying appropriate methods to prevent and monitor policy and/or control deviations. Advise and challenge risk owners on the balance of controls to prevent, detect, accurate and govern critical risks relative to risk appetite and impact tolerances.
  • Provide independent challenge, on the completeness, efficiency and quantification of Risk and Control Self-Assessments.
  • Support and give guidance to partners in the first line on relevant Incident Management information ensuring adherence to Global Incident Management policies, themes and trends and deep-dives.
  • Coordinate the delivery of Enterprise Risk Management reporting and analysis to governance forums, business and risk committees, including key risk indicators, Incident Trends, appropriate risk escalations and management within Risk Appetite.
  • Be responsible for execution of policies and procedures ensuring alignment with global standards and conformity with applicable regulations, regulatory expectations and guidelines.
  • Builds positive relationships and partners with the business to provide enterprise risk advice and support for business driven initiatives and objectives
  • Coordinates and collaborates with Enterprise Risk leadership and regional staff on enterprise risk initiatives, activities and reporting.
  • Provides and/or coordinates training and awareness programs in support of effective enterprise risk management, culture and conduct in region.
  • You'll need to have:

  • In-house Enterprise/Operational Risk management experience in financial services firm, preferably asset management.
  • Experience in working effectively with multiple levels in an organisation.
  • Meaningful understanding of operational risk frameworks, methodologies standards and related regulatory requirements for asset management firms in EMEA.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Risk, Business or relevant subject area, advanced degrees and/or accreditations helpful.
  • Adheres to the highest standards of ethical behaviour and conduct.
  • A self-motivated, critical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to business change with an ability to handle several priorities, and proactively engage with a diverse group of partners in multiple offices and time-zones.
