- Supportingprojects from concept to launch covering the entire product lifecycle.
- Liaise with otherdepartments across the company such as Quality RegulatoryOperations Marketing Design and Sales to ensure successful andtimely completion of projects and productlaunch.
- Remain up to datewith marketed competitor products along with new product launches.
- Build and maintainexcellent working knowledge of any new technologies and industrystandards.
- Scope and leadclinical trials with customers and/or academic establishmentsincluding contributing to trial design analysis of resultsscientific writing and general projectmanagement.
- Research thebenefits and potential applications of nutraceutical and personalcare ingredients as well as new packaging ideas to formulate andcreate innovativeproducts.
- Assist thelaboratory and productionsized trials of new formulations andensure that the Head of R&D is kept fully aware of progressincluding any problems whicharise.
- Evaluate and supplyfeedback on raw materials to help maintain supplychains.
- Provide support toour veterinary technical advisors in answering technical enquiriesas required.
- Providesupport to our manufacturing team on procurement of new equipmentas required.
- Followcurrent SOPs covering all aspects of development and analysis whereapplicable.
- Routinecompletion of laboratory and project notebook(s) and maintenance oforderly filingsystem.
- Operate inaccordance with Good Laboratory Practice (according to laboratoryprocedures) and comply with GMP guidelines (whereapplicable)
- Maintaincorrect standards of health and safety in accordance with theTangerine Group companypolicy.
- Min. B.Sc. in aBiology Veterinary Animal Health Nutrition Chemistry Pharmacologyor related discipline is essential with 1 years industry experiencewithin either product development clinical trials orresearch.
