A new role has been created for a Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse in Ophthalmology to join an expanding private clinic in London.


Necessary Skills for the Clinical Leador Senior Nurse role for Ophthalmic Clinic

  • To have great enthusiasm and capacity for learning and personal development.
  • To demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and contribute to researchbased care and other practice development initiatives.
  • Knowledge of relevant CQC policies and procedures.

Essential Skills and Abilitiesfor Ophthalmic Clinical Lead or Ophthalmic Senior Nurse:RGN registration.

  • Ophthalmology theatre experience.
  • ILS and ALS desirable or willingness to undertake.
  • Must have a team minded approach.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective and efficient IT skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
