£12.00 per hour PLUS HUGE BENEFITS AND HOLIDAY PAY.

Hours of work:
Full Time, 37 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm (hybrid and flexibility available)

Key duties and responsibilities include:


  • Certify all local HR files, folders and documents are maintained with accurate up to date information.
  • Support the HR Team with all aspects of Administration.
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential documentation.
  • To verify and maintain HR information and records.
  • Provide periodic data reports as required.
  • Processing of Payroll for company staff.
  • Dealing with Payroll queries.
  • Produce detailed travel itineraries for employees.
  • Organise meetings schedule appropriate meeting times, book rooms and plan refreshments.
  • General ad hoc administrative duties.

Key Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • General ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Competent Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
