    Description

    We are looking for an engaging and supportive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to join our team.

    As an S&OP Manager your main mission would be to define and manage the S&OP process in order to contribute to the availability of products and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction, while optimizing OI.

    Location: we believe in a flexible hybrid approach - you will have the flexibility to work from home and attend either Coleshill or Birmingham offices 1-2 times a week. We would like you to be available to commute to the Coleshill office at least once a week to meet with your manager in person.

    Traveling: 15-20% (around 1-2 days a week)

    • To lead the Sales and Operations Planning process & to monitor performance
    • To lead cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and finance, to ensure that S&OP plans are aligned with business objectives
    • To ensure the development and deployment of tools to support the S&OP process
    • To prepare and lead: the demand meetings per market, the monthly pre-executive meeting & the monthly executive S&OP meetings & ensure key outputs from S&OP process are provided to internal and external stakeholders for execution.
    • To lead the weekly "volume review" and S&OP governance meetings
    • To ensure the right asset recovery
    • To contribute to Continuous Improvement workshops which are identified through the S&OP process, or have an impact on the S&OP process

    Are you a MATCH?

    • Experience working in Supply Chain - Operations, preferably 5+ years
    • Fluency in English
    • Solid experience of Operations
    • Knowledge of ERP/ Demand planning
    • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes
    • Knowledge of Power BI
    • Great communication skills and ability to have a tailored approach with Production as well as to Sales
    • Great ability to move from a global vision to a detailed vision
    • Great ability to lead and implement change: Leadership, influence, communication
