- Preparation/review of the company budget, forecast and 3-year plan processes
- Review financial results and provide detailed sales and margin variance analysis vs budget/forecasts identifying factors contributing to movement in margin
- Business partnering with the wider business, supporting commercial decision making
- Provide data driven insights to identify margin improvement opportunities through customer and product analysis
- Provide insight and development of the accounts - drawing insight from data, helping the account teams understand the drivers of performance
- Ad-hoc reporting to support commercial finance, account teams and the wider business
- Qualified Accountant
- Proven experience as a commercial analyst/accountant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information to non financial stakeholders
- A track record of driving process improvements and optimizing financial performance

As the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the senior leadership team, accurately report on business results, providing strategic financial guidance & insightful analysis.
