    Lettings Manager
    Basic salary £36K + Uncapped Commission - Company Car - Career Progression
    Flexible hours required and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday

    We are looking for a highly motivated Lettings Manager with estate agency experience to complement our clients fantastic team.

    This is a great opportunity for a proven Lettings Manager to join an established company that is committed to growth and expansion.

    As an experienced manager, you will have experience working in property lettings, managing a team and working towards success and imcreasing profitability.

    Key responsibilities of the Lettings Manager

    Running a profitable and well organised office providing an effective, efficient and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

    Leading by example and delegating tasks to exceed standards of performance and targets set.
    Motivating your team, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.
    Managing work loads
    Contributing to the management of the maintenance team working alongside the Projects Manager
    Client meetings and communication
    Meeting with landlords and tenants
    Working with the in-house marketing team
    Networking to promote corporate lettings through strategic alliances
    Moving on to set up an excellent estate agency within 1 year

    Skills and experience required:
    Experience in generating new business in a target driven environment
    Seek new clients and revenue opportunities
    Diary management
    Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
    Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
    Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    A Full UK driving licence
    Lettings and estate agency experience
