- Special educational needs experience is desirable although not essential
- Experience of working in a Specialist school, however this is not essential as full training will be provided
- Good Teaching and communication skills both written and verbal

We are currently seeking a number of SEN Class Teachers to join a specialist provision in Birmingham supporting students aged 2-19 with severe, profound, complex needs and autism.
The role:
As an innovative Class Teacher, you will assist the head teacher in the leadership and management of teaching and learning in the Academy, to achieve the outcomes required by Government regulations and the Academy improvement plan adopted by the board.
