Join Our Team as a Volunteer Receptionist at The Hive Youth Zone


Are you passionate about supporting young people and creating a welcoming environment? The Hive Youth Zone is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Volunteer Receptionists.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of senior young people aged 13-18 during our Thursday and Friday evening sessions.


Role:
Volunteer Receptionist


Location:
The Hive Youth Zone, Bright Street, Birkenhead


Time Commitment:
Thursday and Friday evenings during senior sessions


Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome to The Hive Youth Zone.
  • Assist with checkins and registrations for senior sessions.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Provide information about programs, activities, and events at The Hive Youth Zone.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure the smooth operation of the facility during busy times.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance on Thursday or Friday evenings or both.
  • Passion for supporting young people and creating a positive environment.
