Salary :
£23,000 - £25,000 plus huge company benefits

Working with our international client, we are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. You will be working in a small team and providing administrative support to the wider finance team. Working hours are 37.5 hours a weekacross Monday-Friday (Some flexibility will be allowed in regards to hours)


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and sending invoices to both internal and external customers
  • Raising credit notes as required
  • Posting and allocating cash receipts from customers
  • Communicating with customers to settle outstanding debt and agreed payment plans
  • Reviewing aged debt
  • Activating and distributing group gift cards
  • Completing credit checks and advising on credit terms and risk
  • General admin duties to support the finance department

Personal Profile:

  • Looking for a strong administrator who has worked within Sales Admin / Sales Order Processing or Invoicing.
  • Must have strong IT skills across Microsoft Office Packages
  • Strong organisational and motivational skills
  • Ideally have worked in Finance environment before but not essential
