A great opportunity for an Audit Senior looking for a role with progression and flexibility.

My client is a well known chartered accountancy practice based in Leicester, seeking to add an Audit Senior to their talented team.

Preparation of accounts from a variety of client's systems - Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, etc
Audit of financial statements from planning to completion, including responsibility for managing the on-site audit team, where applicable
Preparation of draft corporation tax computations
Actioning queries raised by the accounts and tax managers on the draft accounts and tax computations
Finalisation of the accounts and corporation tax computations following client meetings
Acting as a point of contact for clients for ad hoc queries
Providing training, guidance, and support to members of the team as required
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
Demonstrable experience of statutory audit experience gained in public practice.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles, laws and best practices.
Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite.
An analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
