A long established engineering company based in Medway Towns is looking for a
Light Engineering Technicianinitially on a temporary basis to join their friendly team.

There is an opportunity for permanent employment after a qualifying period. Ideally you will have some mechanical assembly and testing experience or knowledgeis desirable.

Working within the refurbishment section of the Workshop your duties will include:

  • Refurbishment, repair and testing of customers returned equipment using company procedures, drawings and test rigs whilst adhering to Health and Safety guidelines as set out by the company.
  • Use of small hand tools, carrying out light repairs and replacement of parts.


The hours of work are 06:30/07:00-15:00/15:30 Monday to Thursday and a half day finish on a Friday, 35 hours per week.
