A day-to-day will be providing general 2nd line support to customers whilst delivering the best customer service, logging all incidents and requests, and providing support/ mentoring to 1st Line Engineers.


Required skills for the chosen 2nd line Engineer:

  • Office365/ Exchange/ SharePoint
  • Virtualisation
  • Hyper-V/ VMware
  • Hardware configuration/ troubleshooting
  • Windows servers 7,8, 10
  • Networking
  • LAN/WAN, DHCP/DNS
  • 1+ years' experience.
