    Demand Planning Excellence Manager
    12 month Fixed Term Contract – 1st July start

    Plan, develop, and implement strategies for all facets of Demand Planning with a strong focus on mid/long-term growth identifying tactics and practices to accomplish Africa Business goals.

    Take clear ownership for transforming Demand Planning processes with a specific plan for transformation, deployment, change Management and governance inclusive of ownership in delivering Business results.

    Drive capability improvements by maintaining periodic maturity assessments and identifying changes that support forecast performance improvement.

    Build a continuous improvement roadmap for each market and align on building blocks to include within annual Forecast Accuracy target setting.

    Excellent English, in taking others with you at different levels of the organisation to turn advanced analytics into actions.

    Proven capabilities in driving complex agenda with ability to clearly explain complex supply chain messages into actionable insights, influence senior cross functional partners on standard processes and change management.

    Ability to lead process transformation with Demand and Supply Planning, Senior Managers and Key Users across multiple markets and categories.

    Experience with advanced planning software within Supply Planning (SAP APO system and Business Intelligence/BW)
    Degree /MBA in relevant field with minimum of 5+ years supply chain experience showing excellent thinking/problem solving skills.
    Very deep knowledge of demand, supply planning, S&OP and analytics.
    Strategic competence and the ability to develop approaches which address short, medium and long term business objectives
    Baseline understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes; Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Inventory Planning, Conversion, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service
    Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
