- Lead the design process for new product features, from concept to launch, with a primary focus on UX.
- Iterate and improve existing user journeys to enhance overall user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging designs.
- Design for both B2B and B2C elements of our platform, ensuring consistency and usability across all user touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong emphasis on UX design.
- Experience working in a small team environment where individuals are required to take ownership and wear multiple hats.
- Demonstrated ability to design new products/features and see them through to launch.
- Experience in iterative design processes and improving existing user journeys.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and ability to solve complex design problems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience designing for both mobile and desktop platforms.
