We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support the delivery of an exceptional HR service and play a key role in our strive to continually evolve our culture and approach to HR and Organisational Development.

As HR Business Partner you will lead on business partnering work within a designated staff group and work closely with managers to build skills and expertise, and to embed a consistent and timely approach to all people matters.

You will also have opportunitiesto support HR projects and wider organisational development initiatives including well being and equality, diversity and inclusion.

We are looking for someone with strong technical HR skills, but more importantly with fantastic communication and relationship building skills.

As an experienced and established HR professional and business partner, you will be expected to deal effectivelywith a wide range of people matters and offer advice, coaching and support across the trust.

You will ideally be CIPD qualified with recent, demonstrable knowledge and experience of employment legislation and practice and an individual who enjoys helping to make a difference.
