Our client, an independent estate agency are looking for a Lettings Consultant to work at their Weston Super Mare branch.

Working across both lettings and sales as a Lettings Consultant, you will become a part of their highly successful property team andassist with daily operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to become part of a growing team with plenty of opportunities for personal growth within an estate agent.

Duties:

Registering purchaser/tenant details and matching them to available properties at the estate agents
Maintain full documentation of all applicants, their requirements and actions
Booking property valuations
Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers/tenants
Negotiating property lettings and sales, liaising between landlords/tenants and vendors/purchasers
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders and surveyors as part of the sales progression process
Working closely with the property management team and other estate agency staff
Monitoring the local market and recognise opportunities
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Minimum of 6 months in the industry
Strong negotiation skills
Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Confident working alone, as well as part of a team
Able to work to targets
Strong communication skills
A full UK driving license
