About the Role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning within primary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Providing targeted support to students, both in and out of the classroom.
• Assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching strategies.
• Supporting the mental health and well-being of students.
• Participating in the evaluation of learning activities and providing feedback on pupil progress.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a UK classroom setting.
