    REPORTS TO Programme Manager

    Purpose of the Role

    The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the timely management of all projects from conception to completion. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the elements of the project management aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Responsible for Health and Safety throughout each Project

    To be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of the projects, working closely with the clients and the team involved

    Monitoring and reporting of real time progress on a weekly basis

    Delegating duties to ensure the smooth management of all projects

    Responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety is implemented and all concerns are reported through to the Health and Safety Manager

    Controlling and optimising KPI's

    Ability to communicate clearly with Warehouse and Logistics department

    Liaising with Riggers on a day to day basis to resolve issues

    Feedback/communication to the Programme Manager

    To be the main contact for Circet's customer

    Liaise with the customer on calls and via email

    Produce customer reporting as and when required

    Raise and manage the financial costings for sites within the allocated project

    Train and support any new and existing Business Support Team members to ensure the smooth running of the project

    Provide support in the wider Delivery team, where necessary.

    To undertake other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility

  • Effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
  • Honest approach to work
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and specific in-house software SiteLive)
  • Good level of maths and number skills
  • Proven ability to work and learn in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organise work in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to prioritise and organise work effectively creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation and presentations
  • Able to multi task on a variety of tasks working independently and, in a team, oriented, collaborative environment

    Detailed technical knowledge of specifications and site builds

    Experience – Essential

    An understanding of the rigging industry
