    Description

    • Leading and managing the corporate recoveries team
    • Developing and implementing recovery strategies
    • Overseeing and managing recovery cases
    • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
    • Providing expert advice to senior management on recovery matters
    • Contributing to the development of company-wide risk management strategies
    • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
    • Providing training and support to team members

    Profile

    A successful Head of Corporate Recoveries should have:

    • 8+ years experience in debt recovery or other litigation
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Proven experience in corporate recoveries
    • Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
    • Ability to develop and implement effective recovery strategies
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to provide expert advice to senior management
