Based at our office in Oxford (with over 200 staff) based at our idyllic headquarters offices in the grounds of Blenheim Palace - Oxford, you will play a key role within the Mechanical & Electrical Cost Management Team at Ridge by providing high level administrative support, whilst supporting the wider strategy and business objectives.

Ridge are a multi discipline building consultant practice providing a comprehensive service to our client base across all building sectors and geographies.

As a specialist function within Ridge, the MEP cost management team provide estimating and cost advice to contractors, developers and end users which requires the management and control of large volumes of data and documentation as well as day to day management tasks such as preparing fee quotes, raising fees and compiling reports.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to a team manager, you will be part of a growing, dynamic MEP cost management team working on a variety of projects and tasks which will include:
  • Document management including formation of document registers.
  • Compiling basic reports and spread sheets under the direction of the team manager.
  • Scheduling, sending and receiving tender enquiries.
  • General administration support

Experience and Skills Required:


  • Exceptional organisational skills ability to prioritise and adjust to change
  • Efficient and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent administration skills, able to demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
