Industrial/Automatic Door Engineer

Location:
North West

Salary:
Up to £18 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week + Overtime

Are you an experienced Industrial/Automatic Door Engineer who's ready for the next step in career? Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious client who are looking for experienced engineers to join their growing team


The Role of the Industrial/Automatic Door Engineer


As an Industrial/Automatic Door Engineer, you will be required to work on Automatic or Industrial Doors (depending on your experience)
.Working individually and as part of a multi-disciplined team where required to carry out the installation service and repairs various door system manufactures.


Responsibilities of an Industrial/Automatic Door Engineer

  • Conduct the installation, service, and repairs on automatic/industrial doors to industry standards
  • Providing customers with advice and identifying the best solution to individual requirements
  • Working in a team, as well as independently
  • Be part of a call out rota schedule
    (Currently 112):
  • Interpretation of engineering drawings
  • Completion of any documentation relevant to the department, as required
  • Comply with the companies Health and Safety regulations

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • BSEN16005 Accredited
  • Driving License
  • Have the ability to fault find
  • Strong customer skills
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge is essential for this role
  • Good written and spoken English
