    Key Responsibilities

    • Screening CVs and arranging interviews
    • Managing ATS system
    • Acting as main point of contact for candidates in process
    • Creating market maps, researching and identifying top talent
    • Advertising vacancies online
    • Sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn
    • Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders

    Skills and experience

    · Graduate calibre

    · Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within executive search

    · Proficient in MS Office Suite and using ATS systems

    · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

    · Ability to multi-task and produce a high volume of work in a fast paced environment while maintaining the highest quality

    · Ability to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions

    · Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

    · Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

    · Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism
