An Council in Ilford is recruiting for an experienced Temporary Accommodation Visiting Officer to visit temporary accommodation properties and carry out occupancy checks and inspections.
The key focuses of the Temporary Accommodation Visiting Officer role will be conducting property inspections, verifying occupancy, overseeing maintenance, monitoring compliance, providing tenant support, maintaining records, liaising with stakeholders, and reporting on the condition and management of temporary accommodation properties.
This will include the following tasks and responsibilities:
The Candidate
To be considered for this Temporary Accommodation Visiting Officer role it is essential that you have previous experience of managing a temporary accommodation service.
You will require an enhanced DBS to work within this role
This is a temporary Temporary Accommodation Visiting Officer role, working 35 hours per week. The contract is for an initial 3 months. Referral Bonus
