Children's Residential Support Worker
Join Our Team as a
Permanent Children's Residential Support Worker in
Bradford

Salary:
£11 to £13 per hour, with an additional £55 per sleep shift

Location:
Bradford

Rota: 2 days on, 2 days off, with every other weekend off

Key Responsibilities:

Provide highquality care and support to children in a residential setting
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
Assist children with daily activities and routines
Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to meet the needs of children
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience working in a residential childcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) preferred
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work on a 2 days on, 2 days off rota with occasional sleep shifts

Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
