You will provide an effective and efficient administrative support to thePerinatal Service and will be expected to have a flexible and adaptable
approach to work.
You will be able to prioritise your work and meet deadlines in order to meet the requirements of the service.
Good written and interpersonal skills are essential. You will be required to utilise a personal computer for word processing and data base management.You will have daily contact with a wide range of staff at all levels and
regular contact with service users and their carers.
- You will provide comprehensive administrative support to professionals within the multidisciplinary team including the Consultant Psychiatrist and FY
- You will provide confidential and efficient word processing service, including the preparation of letters, reports, tribunal papers etc from a variety of sources including manuscripts, audio etc.
- Undertake general office duties as required including filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning etc.
- Log calls with the Trust's Service Desk for any building repairs, works etc.
- Provide cover for other administrative staff within the service as required.
- Follow policies relevant to own role.
