We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Delivery Driverto support our Operations Team, based at our office and warehouse in Didcot,Oxfordshire.

We are looking for an agile and proactive Delivery Driver witha positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture thiscompany culture.

Reporting directly to the Distribution Manager the Delivery Driveris responsible for liaising with internal and external customers to ensure thatOKA offers the best delivery service possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete all customer deliveries within given timescales
Complete all daily vehicle checks and follow correct defectreporting procedures
Accurate and efficient completion of documentation
Safe and economical operation of the delivery vehicle at alltimes
Ensuring that the delivery vehicle it is clean and tidy atall times
Effective communication of problems and delays to allrelevant parties
Safe loading and unloading and compliance with correctprocedures
Ensuring all legal Health & Safety legislation andOperational procedures are adhered to at all times
Working in adherence with Health & Safety Guidelines atall times to ensure the safety of yourself and others
Ensuring all Personnel procedures are adhered to andcompleted as required
Maintaining a positive and courteous attitude towardscustomers whilst delivering to their premises

ABOUT YOU

Cat B (3.5t) Driving Licence holder
Good customer facing skills and a polite andfriendly manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
An understanding of premium brands and the required level ofcustomer service
Actively seeks continuous personal improvement in the workenvironment
Ability to adapt in a fastmoving business, taking on newchallenges and responsibilities
Flexible attitude to working within other areas or departmentsdepending on business requirements
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
A creative, problemsolvingspirit
