Come and join us, we are currently looking for a Sales Service Coordinator - Hire, Parts and Service (HPS)

Located in Indian Queens, St Columb Cornwall, offering a competitive salary. working hours Full time 08:30 - 17:00 with a 2-day Hybrid homeworking option.
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Service Advisor shall include (but not be limited to).
- Proactively contact new and existing customers to secure HPS work
- Produce and provide quotations for HPS work to customers
- Answer client queries
- Proactive client liaison to book routine service work
- Proactive chasing up of outstanding quotes for hire and service
- Prepare standard quotations for routine work in accordance with framework / contracted or current HPS
- Ensure accurate and timely population of company systems (CRM / Server files)
- Work closely with the Marketing team to communicate client wishes / feedback for marketing use and to
- Acknowledge, manage and resolve and customer service issues that may arise and assist HPS team with
- Work closely with HPS Project Engineers & Depot Managers to distribute & delegate routine quotes and work
- Make calls to lapsed, existing and new clients to generate interest in HPS and the wider EH business
- Upsell & maximise enquiries as much as possible
- Achieve set KPIs and financial budgets (i.e. quote turnaround times, income targets etc.)
- Any other tasks as required from time to time by the company in conjunction with the day to day running of the business.
- Make visits to clients' offices or sites as may be required
- Drive growth in segment turnover and margin both via increased sales (win % and range of clients) and
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Organisation Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- MS Office, Word, Excel Outlook
- Telephone skills
Desirable
- Water industry / environmental services experience
- Some commercial / business acumen that wants to progress
Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
