As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales activities, from managing key accounts to conducting market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Manage the sales process, contracts, and quotations efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Oversee stock management to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Implement and enforce pricing policies effectively.
Lead and mentor the sales administration team, ensuring they are trained and equipped to excel in their roles.
Review sales price confirmations and revenue recognition dates regularly.
Keep stakeholders informed with weekly updates on sales progress.
Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with regulations.


Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a global sales or account management environment.
Proficiency in IT applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively for yourself and others.
Team leader or people management experience would be advantageous.
