Currently, we're seeking an organised and detail-oriented Head of People and Culture to join our team.

    The role:

    As the Head of People and Culture, you will play a strategic role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, safeguarding our culture and striving for improvement. You will be responsible for developing and executing People strategies that align with Eclipse Presentations' overall goals and objectives.

    What you'll do:

    • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent. Implementing effective talent management strategies, including performance management, career development and succession planning.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement programs to enhance teamwork, communication, and employee morale, reinforced by what we do and not what we don't do.
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market and alignment with organisational goals.
    • Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures and benefits packages.
    • Address employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent resolution is directed by all Eclipse people managers.
    • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
    • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
    • Work to differentiate and strengthen Eclipse's company culture.
    • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion to cultivate a workplace culture that values and celebrates differences.
    • Stay informed about People trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance Eclipse's people strategies.
    • Refresh and embed Eclipse's performance management process, including Eclipse's capability models/skills matrices for each function, coaching and feedback, compensation and benefits administration, including benchmarking and employee perks, and annual review process.

    About you:

    • Be passionate about people, proactively engaging with staff before issues arise
    • Have a breadth and depth of experience across the People agenda – from HR, to recruiting, operations and performance management to culture and L&D.
    • HR experience in an organisation renowned for its people development.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Strategic mindset.
    • Ability to rapidly build trust-based relationships.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, motivated by action.
    • Strategic thinker who can align people initiatives with business goals.
    • Thrives on doing things the right way, not the easy way.
