    Life on the team

    The successful Head of Pre-Sales and International Projects will be responsible for all new and renewed Experience Center deals and Improving collaboration and effectives of designing tools and principles.

    What you'll do

    Pre Sales – 10%

  • Support Sales teams in qualification of new opportunities.
  • Support sales teams in presenting Computacenter's capabilities to new and existing customers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to new customers to assist in pipeline growth where required.
  • Actively look for Experience Center opportunity using network across sales and account teams.
  • Design – 50%

  • Review all Experience Center designs.
  • Point of contact for all queries relating to new and existing deals across group.
  • Ensure all designs assumptions are properly assessed, quantified, and tracked.
  • Identify potential risk and quantify, agreeing owner of cost.
  • Work with product owners to improve current costing tools.
  • Contribute to design principles and strategies ensuring best use of Computacenter's go to market offering.
  • Responsible for ensuring Experience Center leads are aligned with current design principles.
  • Mediate between design and operational teams where required.
  • Ensure collaboration between centres on designs involving multiple locations.
  • Maintain all Experience Center artifacts containing operational capability such as languages, skills, and scale.
  • Governance & sign off – 5%

  • Signatory for all Experience Centre deals.
  • Responsible for documenting all risks during governance & sign off, ensuring artifacts are updated.
  • Responsible for tracking all in-life benefit realisation and resulting commercial impact/deal risk.
  • Reporting – 5%

  • Develop and maintain reporting on new deal pipeline.
  • Establish reporting and communication structure ensuring RAG status, risks, issues and opportunities are understood by key stakeholders.
  • Pre & post Go-live – 10%

  • Liaise with transition teams ensuring sufficient planning and funding are in place.
  • Responsible for ensuring key stakeholder communication.
  • Evaluate all designs post go-live, tracking opportunity for improvement and lessons learned.
  • Postmortem of designs where required, including deconstruction of cost modes.
  • Ensure in-life commitments are met, tracked, and analysed where required in collaboration with wider. Experience Center teams.
  • In Life development – 30%

  • Actively seek development opportunities for existing customers using Experience Center technology
  • Track and prepare for Experience Centre contract renewals.
  • Maintain key stakeholder relationship across GMS and group.
  • What you'll need

  • Detailed understanding of Computacenter Experience Center cost model.
  • Detailed understanding of Computacenter's go to market offering.
  • Demonstrate understanding of outsourced managed service, Experience Centres, operating on supplier tools.
  • Experience in design.
  • Advanced level of Excel skills
  • Excellent people management skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrable knowledge/qualification of ITIL.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Ability to implement and manage change.
  • Project Management Qualification (desirable)
  • Multilingual, English, and French or German language (desirable)
