Commercial Property Consultant – North London (Private Landlord)

A superb opportunity to work alongside a progressive and forward thinking Commercial Property Investment company / Private Landlord overseeing the Sale and Lets of the business commercial assets along with acquisitions and disposals as required.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Arranging and accompanying viewings
• Negotiating sales and lettings on various commercial premises
• Returning feedback when required to Vendors and Landlords
• Assisting Surveyors and Directors when required.
• Converting valuations to instructions and networking, working to deadlines, closing for opportunities and delivering long term objectives.

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• The perfect candidate for this position will have at least 2 years commercial property experience
• Professionally presented at all times.
• Excellent communication skills face to face as well as over the phone and in writing.
• Full, Clean UK Driving Licence is required
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong IT skills
• Extremely well presented
• A willingness to go the extra mile
• A Team player

This Commercial Property Consultant is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects. Local experience is not essential, however an understanding on the company structure and local area is preferred

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5:30pm

Salary range will be:
between £30000pa to £40,000pa
