    Batley Multi Academy Trust's sole purpose is to provide a great education for Primary and Secondary learners throughout a local family of schools.

    Batley Multi Academy Trust currently comprises Batley Girls' High School, Batley Grammar School, Field Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Healey Junior, Infant and Nursery School, and Manorfield Infant, Nursery School and Upper Batley High School.

    We provide high quality education for all young people.

    This collaboration enables us to share expertise, knowledge and best practice to ensure academic and pastoral excellence throughout all of our schools, with all schools embracing the same overall ethos and values, whilst maintaining their own unique characters.

    We are an 11-19 school and we are very proud of our achievements: 'Students achieve exceptionally well in this outstanding academy.

    We are dedicated to investing in our staff and passionately committed to their development, providing a supportive environment where people can truly grow and flourish.

    We are seeking to appoint a Counsellor to provide a high quality confidential counselling service to young people in accordance with BACP guidelines.

    The post would suit an experienced qualified counsellor seeking to expand their counselling expertise. The role is offered on a permanent basis working 37 hours per week over five days.

    The post holder must hold a recognised qualification in counselling or psychotherapy and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey empathy and relate well to all members of the school and the wider community.
