Red Recruitment 24:7 are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our client who specialise in providing exceptional service to their nationwide customers, often in a time critical manner.

This includes but not limited to install, refurbishment and repair services where customer satisfaction and quality of work are paramount.

Priority will be given for people with multi-trade experience.


Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

As a multi trade Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and functionality of their clients business premises.

This is a varied role where every day may be different so must be willing and able to turn your hand at multiple skills or have the willingness to learn new ones.

Installations range from floor mat wells to complete shop fittings. From hanging a door, to fixing a leak or a new flat roof to be installed.

Completing a wide range of services which could include high roof works, pest netting installation and maintaining signage above shopfronts.

This is a complete service with the exception of electrical work.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in multiple trade work is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and plans.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulousness in completing tasks
• Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting or manual labour as required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and customers.

The hours are Monday to Friday, however some flexibility is required for emergency work where nights away my be required (all paid by the company).

The company works on a call out basis on weekends, which will be discussed at interview.

You must be a driver as work can be all over the UK, however most work is within a couple of hours of the Lincoln base.

A work van and fuel card will be provided.

Our client is very open in terms of salary and is happy to discuss based on skills and experience.

The salary range will start at £30,000 per year, but they will pay the best for those with exceptional skills and experience.
