We are seeking to recruit a Qualified Supervisor (QS) into our growing electrical installations team based in Lincolnshire.

Joining bonus of £500 after 3 months probation + £500 after 12 months

CEMA Lighting are based in the rural Lincolnshire town of Market Rasen. We specialise in the very best energy-efficient commercial and industrial LED lighting solutions on the market.

With a highly motivated team, we help businesses nationwide become more sustainable, reducing their carbon footprint by saving on energy and lighting running costs.

You will join our team to oversee and support our remote installation workforce who work around the UK installing commercial and industrial lighting solutions for leading brands.

You will be an excellent communicator who will liaise with our external sales team, internal operations team and Operations Manager to successfully deliver projects to our customers.

You will be NAPIT or NICEIC registered and competent at carrying out risk assessments and signing-off electrical installations and minor works.

You will be an agile team member who has good planning and organisational skills with an ability
You must be happy to travel nationwide and stay overnight when necessary
Full time, permanent position
Working Monday to Friday
Proven experience as a qualified electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and current regulations
Level 3 NVQ Diploma in the Installing of electrotechnical systems or equivalent
ECS, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, PASMA, and other additional training relevant for this position an advantage
Valid full UK driver's license
